How to Register

Before you place your first order, please register to setup your HAPLOBANK account:

1. Fill out and submit the registration form.
2. You will immediately receive an MTA form by e-mail. Print it out, sign by the authorized person and mail it back to us.
3. Your account will be activated within three working days. You will receive an email confirmation.
